Samuel Infurchia is a Partner at Francis S. Infurchia & Company, LLC with more than 12 years of tax, accounting, auditing, valuation, and business advisory experience working with large corporations, small business, and high-net-worth individuals. As an engagement partner, he serves clients in a variety of industries including construction, start-up, not-for-profit, family tax planning.
Highly skilled in IRS and State and Local (SALT) tax law, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), Sam plans and executes client engagements, including but not limited to all personal, business, estate and gift tax types, financial analysis and reporting, auditing, internal control, budgeting and strategic tax planning. He approaches each assignment with the goal of maximizing overall benefit through efficiency, accurate reporting/compliance, and tax savings.
Sam has performed audits, reviews, and compilation level financial statements for many non-profit and for-profit industries. He has also conducted forensic agreed-upon procedure reports and business valuations. With a strong accounting background and understanding of IRS tax code, rules and regulations Sam brings experience to the table for his clients.
