Founded in 1984 by Francis S. Infurchia, our certified public accounting firm has taken great care to attract and maintain quality clients. We are a firm of diversified experience, handling ongoing assignments in the fields of construction contractors, professional and medical services, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, investment, software, arts, non‑profits, quasi municipalities, schools and others.

We prepare financial statements on a compilation, review, and audit level for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, sole proprietorships, non‑profit organizations, trusts, estates, and individuals. We provide tax preparation, tax planning management and consulting services for-profit and non‑profit entities. We are highly respected by readers of financial statements including banks and investors. On a routine basis, we receive client referrals from banks, tax and estate attorneys, other service providers and most especially our own client base.

Our Experience

We have extensive experience in providing auditing and accounting services for commercial, non‑profit and quasi‑governmental agencies and the unique reporting and auditing requirements that pertain to them. In December 2012 we emerged from our most recent state-mandated peer review with an unqualified opinion and no letter of comments.
