After graduating from UConn (Go Huskies!) in 2004 with a BA in Political Science and Western Connecticut State University with a BBA in Accounting in 2007, he earned his CPA in 2009 and his certified valuation analyst (CVA) credentials in 2018.

An experienced and full-service accountant focusing on tax, financial statements, and business valuation, Frank provides expert and timely services to a wide range of industries and clientele ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations.  He has been called upon as an expert witness in a court of law related to forensic and estate-related matters.

Frank is a Member of AICPA, CSCPA, NACVA, an active member and past treasurer of Business Networking International, and participates in the Sacred Heart University internship program. In 2014, the Fairfield County Business Journal chose Frank as a prestigious “Top 40 under 40” winner.  He also serves on the Finance Committee of St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Weston, CT.

Frank and his wife Jessica, live in Weston with their four young children.  They delight in spending family time at the beach and pool.
